Randers Tegl

RANDERS TEGL has a rich heritage in Denmark, producing bricks for roofs, walls, and pavements for over a century. Beginning as just one brickyard, it has since evolved into a group with brickyards spread across Denmark and Germany.

When aiming for sustainable construction, the key is to create structures that stand the test of time. This involves dedication, not just in manufacturing building materials, but also during the on-site construction and design phases. Randers Tegl took this philosophy to heart when they contributed to the construction of the new headquarters for Danish Crown, a project designed by the Aarhus-based architecture firm, Cebra. The associated film features an interview with architect Mikkel Frost. In it, Frost delves into the design vision, bridging traditional and contemporary sustainable building practices, and the significance of collaborating with partners like Randers Tegl.

IT IS ONLY WHEN COMPARED TO A LIFETIME THAT ONE ASSESSES HOW MUCH ENERGY IT IS REASONABLE TO USE.
